1999 Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept brochure. This brochure was never issued to dealers and only used during a few of the Auto Shows during 1999. It shows the Viper GTSR concept and goes into detail about the car like carbon fiber body panels along with drilled and slotted rotors. Unfortunately, The GTSR never made it past the concept phase.
